I experienced a stall for about 2 weeks, and all of the sudden 5 lbs were gone. I usually weigh myself every other day ( a bit of an addiction I know), so it was weird to see the jump. -

I love Whole Foods. I go there for the free range chicken and beef. The increased price for animal cruelty free products is worth it.

Read in another post, this is unhealthy for your sleeve. On occasion I eat a bit too much and this causes this reaction. What are some of the risks of throwing up. I am 8 weeks out. Thanks all :-)

I quit before surgery then 1 month out I started again. I have cut down a lot however I do buy the occasional pack. It is so hard.

I was at the end of mine when I had my procedure done. When the hospital nurse called with all the pre-op instructions a few days before she said wear a pad no tampons. You will be fine :-). Good luck. -

Sharp Pain In My Side And Now There Is A Lump.

My surgery was July 30th. Yesterday I was turning myself over in bed and experienced a sharp pain by my largest incision. When I press on the incision this morning, I can feal a finger tip size lump. Has this happened to anyone? I am out of town, and this is kind of freaking me out. -
The crazy thing is, since I can't tolerate much of it.... That is all I crave. Lol.
