Since my last fill, I weighed myself today,and I have now officially lost 43 pounds and have 39 pounds to go until I reach my goal!!!! I'm so happy !!!

Tuna to Go cups are my new favorite "take with me" meal. I eat them for Breakfast, lunch or dinner, when I want to change this up...Filling and easy to eat. Calories: 70 Protein: 15 grams

I love them and cook them to a soft consistency. No problems for me, but I am slowly approaching the green zone and have to eat slow and chew them very well.

I love to eat dark chocolate peanut M & Ms....I keep a large bag in my freezer and take out a few at a time when I crave something sweet and chocolately. The protein doesn't hurt either. This works for me...

I had 4ccs put in at the time of my operation...and then not a fill until 6 weeks after of 1cc...

I was stuck really bad ONCE and it lasted more than 8 hours...Pain, heartburn, vomiting, you name it. I couldn't even keep water down. Eventually it did pass, had heartburn in the throat the whole next day. I did go to see my doctor (the next day) and was reprimanded for waiting the next day. Now I know not to wait...and for what? It's your body so please make the right decision about what is right for you. I hope you will be ok...

I would seek medical attention. It's not worth the risks. You know when your body is just not right.

I got .5 cc yesterday...totaling 6.5 right now... So far so good!

Hi everyone, So far I've lost 35 pounds since being banded 10/24/12. I am very happy with my results so far. I have not had a fill since 12/28/12. I am going in on Thursday (5/2) to see about getting a fill of .5 cc. I can go 3 hours between meals without eating on an average (some days less, some days more). I would like to know how the journey went for those of you who "tweaked" your way to find that green zone we all long for... Thanks for your imput and support! ~Angela Btw: I have a 10cc band with 4cc at time of surgery, 1cc 12/12, 1cc 12/28 (a total of 6 cc so far)

Thanks for responding Catfish87. I also do not want to "unfill" so I will ask about the fluoro on Thursday. Is that when they watch under x ray the flow of that white stuff you drink?

I have 2 girls, 11 & 10 and I chose not to tell them. They do not have weight problems and I did not want them to worry about me. I also do not want my in-laws to know. Only a few people know in my family, and I am happy with the choices I have made.
