That is where mine lives most of the time. I love my fitbit, it got me walking the stairs at work. Before I never thought about stairs, then I gor this little device that gave me a badge at 10 flights, then 25, then 50. It's funny how a little thing like that gets you going. Lol

Frozen yogurt.....better than ice cream. 2.5 cups.....better than the whole container. You recognized that it was emotional eating, plus there too.... Sounds like you are starting to master this. We are all human, we all have hiccups in our journey. Learning how to best manage those hiccups is the key and you are learning. Continue on, talk with hubby, work things out and don't be so hard on yourself. I'm proud of you. I thing you managed the situation well. ((((hugs))))

Wow, 9 months banded, drink coffee every morning, chew gum everyday. Doc never said I couldn't. Amazing how different doctors orders are.

Congrats on your success. Lossing the weight is one thing, maintaining is another. Love to hear your secrets regarding maintaining. I'm getting close to goal and I've never been successful at keeping it off. Thanks for sharing.

Please call your doctor. Your health/life is too valuable to leave to an online forum. Nobody here is in a position to diagnose you. Yes it could be nothing, but what if it's something serious like internal bleeding.... Yes I am trying to scare you. Please, please, please call your doctor, it's his job and responsibility to manage your care. Good luck.

Maddy is right. You dont have to give up. Heal, focus on your new journey and when you are ready address tge situation with your mom, face to face, a letter, what ever works. You'll know what you need to do. Just know that we are all here supporting you. Take care of number one. (((((hugs)))))

Very normal. The first few days after a fill you are swollen, that's why doctors have you do luquids & mushies. You will get there, it's frustrating i know, but well worth it. Good luck.

My doctor says no food or drinks 2 hours before. Check with your doctor, each doctor is different.

Maddy is right. Now is the time for you. Don't let your mom get to you, she'll get over it (or she won't) it's her choice. Focus on yourself, if she wants to be a paet of your journey (& you want her a part) great. Just don't let her get in your way. We are here for support if you need it! Take care of yourself, you are worth this!

Sounds like you are doing it right. If you get to where you can't drink, call your doc don't mess with being too tight. It's not worth it.
