You're talking snow & I'm sitting here in shorts and a tank top cause its 80 degree outside right now. Highs are mid 80s.... gotta love Texas!

Kitchen sinks don't taste good.....lol The first couple of days are the hardest. Hang in there and before you know it all this will be over. Drink lots of Water, sf popsicles saved me. Good luck to you! -

Hey got my new scale today. It's pretty cool, course I have to callibrate it with my doctors office but I don't go there till the week of Thanksgiving. At lease I will see if the numbers go up or down. I am such a scale-a-holic!

Beginning of the month so time to do measurements......lost 2 inches in my waist & 1/2 inch in my hips in 1 month!!!! Wahoo!!!!

I don't reward myself with food. Clothes, manicure, pedicure, etc... Are my rewards. Now, I do have my treats on occation. They are not rewards...different to the mind! Proud of you for resisting. That is a big kudos!

Yes, it can happen anytime you don't follow the rules.... Drinking too fast or too big a gulp can get ya. Your band wanted to let you know it was there & working. Lol Good luck.
