Another great NSV. And by the way... There is no such thing as a silly success. j/s Keep it up girlfriend, you are working it! -
There is no such thing as a silly NSV. Great list. Congrats on your success and enjoy everyone of those NSVs!

Try to only weigh once a week. Focus on your food choices, portion size and eating by band rules (small bits, chew 30 times, wait 1 min between bits). Drinking at least 64 oz Water. The weight will follow. You guys are doing great, keep it up!

Congratulations, you are doing great!

I log my food on myfitnesspal and goal for 1200 calories a day. I basically eat 3-4 oz of Protein & 1/2 cup veggies per meal. I don't do Protein shakes (unless I have to after a fill). If you go to the food & nutrition forum there are a lot of threads with meal ideas. Good luck to you.

My first though after reading your post is, are you following the band rules as far as eating. Do you take small bits, chew at least 30 times and wait 1 minutes between bits? You should be able to eat all of the foods you listed as no-no. If you are doing all that & still can't tolerate the foods then something is not right (my opinion only). What does your doctor say? Have they ruled out problems with the band? It just doesn't sound right to me.

Congratulations on your success. You look great! -
Kime don't be hard on yourself. You have lost 50 lbs in 6 months & that is awesome! You did a check on yourself & you know what you need to do to fine tune your lifestyle. So all you have to do is do it..... I do have a wabbit gun & I've been known to use it to kick butts, lol I started at 250 and it took 10 months to loose 73 pounds. You don't want to loose too fast and my doc warned me that the closer you get to goal the harder it is to loose. So it's a new year, chin up & lets rock this thing together. ~~hugs~~

Thanks. I am now entering into the hardest part (for me that is), maintaining the weight.

Sorry LV my LABS. I didn't mean to miss you out. Welcome back (& congrats on the little one).

Joe you came to the right place. I come here every day to check in with everyone, read the threads, tell my experiences and offer support. It is what keeps me going. It refreshes me and I know I can do this with my LBT friends support. We are here for you!

Welcome back, marathonman, laurigee & joeboo. All your stories are inspirational, and I know you will be a success again. You have the right attitude and have come to a great place for support. LBT has helped me succeed in my journey. I have made a bunch of friends here. Good luck to all of you.

I have also had a fill of .1cc and an unfill of .1cc. I would talk with your doctor and tell him all your concerns. Good luck.

Alcohol will relax your band, that is why you are able to eat/drink after drinking alcohol. I agree with Missy, please find a way to get an unfill asap. You are playing with fire using alcohol in this manor and your health is at risk. Please take care of yourself.

Thanks for the recipe Dawn!

Keep it up! Look forward to hearing about your progress, good luck!

Not unusual if you are still on liquids. liquid in, liquid out. If it continues then I would call your doctor.

Checking in. I am using my Fitbit to log my miles: 10.96 miles (1/1 to 1/4) 89.04 to go!

This subject is greatly debated here. Every doctor is different. My doctor allows drinking with meals (a sip 1 minute after swallowing a bit) and immediately after the meal. I drink at least 80 ozs of Water a day. I usually don't drink with my meal, I prefer not to and I usually wait about 15 to 30 minutes after the meal, again my preference. I always have a water bottle in my hand and I sometimes flavor my water with crystal light when I get tired of plan water. This works for me.
