I would love to join this challenge!!! SW 307 (sleeved 6/19) CW 275.4 GW 245 Goals: Keep going to Gym (when allowed) until then keep walking Get that Protein in! GET MY Water IN!!! * Spent half the day in ER due to major dehydration/ nausea/dizziness! So scary! I don't want to experience that again! Much better now. -

Mimismom, I got mine from the nurses at the hospital but I am sure you could find one at any medical supply store, like at a Hospital or Doctor's clinic or even Walgreens/CVS or possibly pharmacy area at Walmart. It helped me so much for the first two weeks! I am now just over three weeks out. My best to you!

Oops, hit send too quick! She also suggested putting my belly band on over that and WOW did that work!! I was so much better the next day! I think the adhesive pads lasted about 8 hours! I hope you are feeling better!

I really had a tough time with the left incision pain as well! What my Doctor suggested was using either a heating pad or the heat wraps that adhere to your body ( find them t Walgreens, Walmrt, etc.)

MoreganK, Yes! My sense of smell did change also, I thought I was imagining it. Good to know I am not alone, some things don't taste as well any more either like crystal light drinks. I was sleeved on 6/19, down 29 pounds since preop diet but I have weighed the same for ten days now!!! When will this scale move again?!? I wish you the best! -

MilkD, Many prayers to you and your family! My daughter started having seizures at four days old and with proper care and meds she is great! She has been off meds for awhile now and is almost 8 yrs. old! So wonderful to hear how supportive your husband is, you will do great with such a great support system around you! All my best to you! I look forward to hearing of all your wonderful success!!!
