Cajun you might have to give a tutorial on how you got to join lol. I am at a loss....I have tried to fix the settings to open it up, you name it. I can't seem to invite people....hey, but once you became my friend on here it worked....that must be it. Genius! Lol...k, I will try it that way =)

I am a pre sleever with Dr. Lopez and Dr. Osuna, I am so excited to go on August 27th and really start to win my war in this battle against obesity. I have two daughters 11 and 5 and a wonderful hubby. I can't wait to hear about your experiences and can't wait to share mine with you. =)

I struggle to eat, I am NEVER hungry still....but, it's about a quarter cup and I am done. I am losing and feeling pretty good, I just need to make sure I get enough sleep. Some of my girlfriends have bets on if I am just going to disappear lol...they are boogers. I am excited for this new me...scared out of my mind though...as frankly I haven't been THIS small in well over ummm 13 years. So, it's new, and scary... totally worth it though!

hahaha, I thought my goal was 120....oh well, the number doesn't matter to me. It's how I FEEL! that's what matters to me

Surgery date was August 27, started all this insanity at 234 lbs...today I am 169 lb which is pretty wild. I am still losing each day, but I only weigh myself maybe once every couple of weeks. I am in size 11 from 24's THAT IS AWESOME!! I might even be in a 10...sooo, if my math is right....I need to lose another 49 pounds....ooh and I am LOVING my belly dancing classes =) Hope everyone is having a groovy day :wub:

I had some fat free soup for lunch today...pure delight! I tried very runny oatmeal, but that was too hard, so I went back to protein for supper. I am going to try pudding tomorrow...maybe...I don't want to risk it though, that oatmeal hurt like hell lol. What about you?

you are going to LOVE Dr. Lopez! We just got home two nights ago. I feel amazing! The whole thing was fabulous. It felt like a vacation, not a surgery in Mexico.

Dr. Lopez is amazing!! My hubby was a pacing worried mess lol and even he will tell you not to worry. I live that he uses glue sutures instead of traditional it makes healing so much easier. Hook up with other patients before you go, it will be a ton of fun... Yes I said fun. Lol we laughed the whole week and can't wait to see our sleeveys on holidays next year

We just returned last night to Canada from Mexico . I am so happy I used dr. Lopez he is amazing! Good luck with whoever you choose, I just know I am Soooo happy with dr. Lopez and the whole a lighter me experience. If you use Ronda as a coordinator it's awesome she teams you up with other patients prior to going we had a ball the whole week! Heck, we are planning our next holiday with some of our sleeveys from this past week. I can't believe that I had a sleeve done Monday and the amount of joy I had all week because of the people I was so blessed to become lifelong friends with. Good luck hon

You will love dr. Lopez!! He is kind, gracious and thorough. We just got home last night from Mexico it was an amazing experience . Try to get to know some other patients before you go, it will enrich your experience completely it will feel like a gasy vacation lol my husband and I had a blast the whole week. Ask your coordinator to hook you up. We used Ronda and she freaking rocks!!! Edourdo is a darling omgoodness I am so happy for you!! Good luck and have FUN!!

Well we are still enjoying Tijuana the girls I have met here are amazing strong loving women and their spouses are wonderful . I feel pretty darn groovy for the most part I have grumbly gas that creeps up my chest but am working it out. I am focusing on hydration and the magical moment my drain will be pulled. My husband says I am smiling more since I had my surgery than I have in a long time . I think it's because I have a tool now that will make my efforts bare fruit . Yukon and I are playing with the idea of getting tattoos here lol we are having a blast faith is wonderful and kind and llm is amazing and strong and her spouse is super sweet sigh I am so glad I have found all of you online. And found my Mexican posse here this week sweet dreams guys I am going for a few more laps

six weeks was on my post op papers but it was decaf he said I could have. So I don't know if that helps.
