I am a 39 year old single mother of two beautiful kids. Divorced after 16 years of marriage and struggling with my weight for many years I came to the decision of the Vertical Sleeve. My insurance was great offering a one year program to see a weight loss Dr, a Nutritionist, Psychologist and Physical Therapist at no cost to me. WHen it came time for me to find a surgeon I took time to find one that I was comfortable with; took my complete medical file so I woul not have to complete more appointments with Therapists or Nutritionists and my surgery was scheduled on my second visit to my Doctor. The only thing I had to do was have a scope of my stomach. The amount of time preparing for surgery was well worth the effort as it saved me time having my Doctors office get all of my medical records together from different offices I had visited over the past year.

I am so excited to see the weight coming off me and my daughter measures my waistline with her arms, she is so funny!
