I think my 12th day post op i stopped losing for four long days, then i started to lose slowly. Not sure why though, but you are not alone -
FOOD! Just having a hard time with it and on top of that i cant stand the indigestion after and while i eat

Hey everyone! Does anyone want to introduce themselves and give us your story? My name is Lauren. I am 31 years old and live in the northeast are of Bergen County. I was just sleeved 1/14, was supposed to be sleeved 10/15, but ran into problems once I was under anesthesia. I am doing well

I am 10 days out of surgery and my stomach feels a bit funny today. I woke up at 1pm which is very late. Just feel a little nauseous and just not right. I have no interest in eating and all I want it ice cold water. HELP

I was sleeved January 14th and I have lost 18lbs. I do have some issues where I do not drink enough or eat enough. I do have indigestion when I eat or drink which stinks, I hope it goes away soon. -

I am not doing so well on my pre-op diet... I need some words of wisdom and some people telling me they had a hard time too... Have one more week of this and I want to do it right

I find myself cheating and not following the pre-op diet so well. I am one week away from surgery and I want to do this right. Is there anyone out there that has trouble too?

Yeah I know the reasoning... It is crazy how some people don't have to do this. I am good with my protein shakes... I just suck at cooking... That is where the problem lies
