    Bacon is a protein, right?

    Turkey is higher in protein than chicken...but I prefer chicken. I eat a lot of tuna and chicken and hard boiled eggs. Not much of a meat eater.

  4. Congrats on your success! It is an overwhelming feeling, huh?! Pre-surgery (7/3/12) I was wearing a size 24 in tops and bottoms (some 22s). The day I went into Old Navy to buy jeans, I slipped into a size 16, I was SPEECHLESS! I am wearing an XL in tops, and can't believe it. Keep up the good work!

  8. My daughter teaches pole fitness classes,a nd she specializes in 'plus-size' students. Do it today!
  9. I took ballet lessons for 15 years as a child. I CAN'T WAIT to take Barre classes again! I love the workout and look foward to going through routines again.

    Inches lost?

    measure each body part you want...repeat as often as you choose, then subtract. Ex: if your upper arm was 15" then later measures 11 inches...you've lost 4 inches. Simple math.
