1 yr sleevaversary today. Sw 245.2. Cw 163. Perfect blood work. This surgery is the best thing I could have ever done for myself. If anybody out there is on the fence, believe in yourself. It is a life changer. Definitely worth it. -

Oh sooooo excited. Had to get one of our janitors to come and work in my class yesterday. He told the office staff he needed a work order for that tall skinny teacher down the hall. OMG. He was talking about me. Never in my life did I ever think I would hear those words describing me. -

Personal preferences. I have found that shaving with a good conditioner works well. Use an alcohol rub down to fight bacteria that builds in shower stalls also helps. Burns momentarily. Then put on a good moisturizer after. Helps to keep the bumps at bay

I now have a ready stash of quest bars. You can order online or get them at gnc. They don't melt, and can replace a meal. Takes forever to chew them. High protein low carbs and sugar. I have the automatically delivered to my home.

That sounds like what I felt about that time. My dr started me on nexium. It helped to alleviate all of my symptoms. I thought my esophagus was having spasms. I took the nexium for two weeks and never had any more problems. -

I officially met my wl goal today. I was shooting for 185, and actually weigh 184. I have moved from obese, to overweight, to normal for the first time in my life. Tears of joy. I cannot express how awesome I am feeling right now. -
