Hopefully your experience will be similar to mine minus the 16 day flow.... My doctor seem to be very happy with my results and said that I probably will not have a period again until i take the nexplanon out. I do however think that it is slowing down my weight loss I feel like I have to work harder at it, but I'm okay with that. -

Mine started recovery so I know how you feel I was told that is very normal due to all the hormone changes our body is experiences. Only stay for a day or 2 and then came back 2 weeks later and stayed for 16 days. The good thing is it hasn't come back since and I'm 4 months post op. I gyn said this was very normal for nexplanon patients...... -

I will also add that I had one surgeon office try to force me to do the 3 mths because she didnt want to hold the line and get the specifics of my policy. I call UM Dept myself and the told how to print out exactly what was required so I would have a copy.

I had this exact insurance. NO supervised diet, NO out of pocket cost, just the normal blood test, phycisian clearance, sleep study, psych clearance, ekg and off to surgery i went......

Has anyone else experienced a vitamin b1 or a vitamin d deficiencies? I just found out i had to increase the D to 5000u and the thiamine to a liquid for better absorption. Are there any foods that any of your found helpful long term to prevent it from happening in the future?

I cant complain, Im finally in "onederland" and it feels awesome. I dont remember the last time i weighed under 200 lbs.......maybe 7/8 years ago.
