Yes this will be hard, but you can do it!! Honestly one if the only things that keep me from stopping at fast food places is I HATE being sick and I know how real dumping is. The second reason is I went through too much pajn from this surgery for it not to be successful. The psychologist I went to prior offerd his aasistance post-op maybe yours can assist you. I hope this helps. -
Congrats!!! I know you felt with this accomplishment!!! BTW:You look awesome!!

It is hard in the beginning and the surgery itself was very painful for me. After all my ups and downs; downs and downs (which was a small amount of time in retrospect) I would go through the first month of hell over and over again. It has been almost 5 months and I would absolutely make the same decision again. I am proud of my accomplishments and my ability to be more active now that Im smaller. I am still far from my goal, but just knowing a french fry is going cause dumping keeps me away from all the junk i dont need. This is one of my safety nets that keeps me in line so I get to truely LIVE my life and raise my family. P.S. im not a fast looser like most Be patient with yourself stay away from the forums IF you feel pressure we all heal differently.....come back and join us when u dobt

Do any of you ladies have PCOS prior to surgery and I are planning to have a baby at some point post op? My husband and I are wondering how long we should wait before I take out my birth control I know the surgeon wants me to wait a minimum of 12 much but I'm wondering yep that's long enough. My gynecologist said that he would be assertive when I am ready because I am or I will be 34 this year. I am secretly afraid of gaining weight is anybody else thinking like this, or am I being selfish? I really want to be successful from the surgery forever , and I don't anything or any situation to ruin it. What do you ladies think? Have any of you experience a pregnancy after surgery? How was it? Do you have any advice? I would greatly appreciate it. P.S. I already have a 15 your old, and she is wonderful! I think I'm afraid of the unknown, because it has been so long.
