Hi all, i find i still choose the wrong foods to eat and of course that leads to vomitting. I do try to eat small and slow. But everyday is different. Some days i hav no problem and others days i can vomitted at every meal . Is anyone else having similar experience

Hi all , my weight loss seems slow afta 4 months ive lost 8 kg only. It should b double amount by now. My band is tempermentle some days cant eat much others times i can. It seems u cn always eat crappy food really well ? anyone having the same issues

I am 4months post op and lost approx 9 kg. I am finding al of a sudden i cn eat a bit more than norm. Wht feeling would it b if band has slipped or streched . Some one mentioned that mayb why i cn get more !! Does any one know how that feels.

has anyone experienced not being able to eat in the evening even when u feel hungry. i find i cn only eat liquid stuff or very soft foods if an evening. fustrating

Got 4mls 25/7 doc said cn b bk on solids after 2 days ???? Hav tried to eat but food is getting stuck and its very fustrating !!! is this normal and will it get better so i can eat a saucer size of food ????

Yes soft foods are fine but i dont really understand why i cant eat solid foods . I ate 1 egg on 1toast and thought it was going well then next minute up it came. Confused

i am quite surprised how much i can eat at this stage. i am not going over board but incompason to being able to eat practicaly nothing at the start. the evening is my hungrest and bit concerned if i have stretched my pouch ??? i am due to see surgeon 25 july . perhaps for first fill noy sure. port area is still bit tender

has anyone experienced in the early hours waking with dreadful hunger pains wihich makes u feel sick . i go back to sleep but wonder if this is normal ?

hi all 4th day in feel quite gassy and sometimes after eating can make me feel sick and all that comes up is gass is this ok. sorry just seen spelling mistakes whoops
