I had my sleeve since one year and now my body ask a lot of sugar and every thing sweet there is no extra weight i lost 42 kilos but i need awnser about this is that normal im affraid to gain more weight

this is the day 7 after the surgery im on liquid diet for 30 days i still have 23 day still have Dizziness and diarrhea and pallor(my face is yellow:)) is that normal ???? my weight is 264 lb and 171 cm
