Yes I have the same thing I work at a hospital and I do three 12 1/2 shifts my feet kill me I have been to the DR.had them check out I get shot in I'm my feet for the pain it dont help long just covers up the pain ...I don't know how it going to be when I go back to work I hope it is better ...

My frist post-op Dr. Visit today I started at 262.2 surgery day on the 25 of jun I was 246 Now I'm 240 I was happy!!! I need all the support. I can get ....I though that was ok I wanted it to Be more... But my husband was with me for the frist time I have never let him know how much I weigh... he said U have a long way to go ... That made me fill worse in side ... And I'm still on a full liquid he Dr. If it can go though a straw u can have it ....

I just got the stuff call lean 1 from from smoothie king but I don't know if it good or not it's has 230 cal. For 8to 10 oz and the sugar is 11g. For a 8 to 10 oz can I get some feedback if that's good or not

Has anyone had the premier with 30 g. Of protein 160 cal. Sugar 3 g.Cholesterol 15 g. Are they good for you or not ?
