I finally went backto work after being unemployed for lmost a month. This job is vey physical and I should start dropping punds. but after a week of being very physical all day and only eating a shake for breakfast, and a small lunch and dinner, I have not lost anything. It is kinda depressing, because I know what a little bit of food i am eating but my body is not wantig to let go of the wieght. Need some encouragement and advise please.
