I have not always been overweight. Up until I was in my mid thirties I was in the 130-140lbs range. The weight just came on me, seemed like overnight. Nothing I did would get it off. I would loose 30 and gain back 40. over and over until I was over 100 lbs overweight. I got so lazy and was so tired all the time. My knees and hips would hurt, and I my bowels would move 8 or 9 times a day. All I would have to do is bend over and I would wet on myself. All of this and I wasn't even 50 yet. I finally decided after the Dr told my I was heading for serious problems, besides the ones I already had, I was going to do what I needed to loose this weight and feel better. It was the right decision, after the 20 lbs, I could already see the changes, and I look forward to the rest of my life, not only because of the way I looked, but more importantly the way I feel.
