Hi everyone I'm due to get my sleeve mid August and just wanted to see if there are anyone else who does CrossFit here and how long before you could get into it post op? I'm from Australia and I know the US has a pretty big following so hoping someone can help. Ember

That's what I was thinking, 6-8 weeks. I start my pre-op 2 week diet in 5 weeks so will stop then. Can't imagine I'll have the energy. I'm at B.T.S Crossfit, NSW (Afew hours north of Sydney)
