Asylum is agility and sports training. You do ladder drills and sports type movements. Insanity is a bit simpler movements in my opinion but at a very high intensity and repetition

Exciting!! I just finished couch to 5k program and did the color vibe 5k last week. Great feeling of accomplishment!!! Yay for you!!

Me too! So hard when we are working so hard! I workout 2x a day and count everything I eat...grrr! A trainer told me I wasn't eating enough and our body is holding into food because we're stalling our metabolism. Not sure if its true but I'm trying to eat more and see what happens. (Scary!!)

Did anyone notice that foods they ate before getting pregnant get stuck? Two times today food that I always eat got stuck. Like the pressure/burp/discomfort feeling. Or did you ever have this happen with pms? Just find it weird. Haven't had a fill recently and eating hasn't changed.

So far so good! I found out we were pregnant a week ago.. since then I am down 3 lbs. So great! Its so weird that I am losing but my tummy is getting rounder! #2 is def gonna show before #1 did! I have contiuned my workouts-increased cardio and decreased weights. I have maintained my diet but gave in to some cracker temptations LOL I went out to dinner but avoided what I "wanted" and got what I knew was appropriate calories for a meal. Phew! I hope I can continue to avoid a huge gain... i understand i will most likely gain because I am pregnant BUT last pregnancy I gained 70 lbs so it feels great that I am making better choices already!

I had lapband 6/12/12 at 255. I am now 180. I have done great and feel great but I am obsessed with the scale. I have started snacking on crap the past few days. I was sick and had no appetite except for salt and carbs (bad) I have stayed under my calorie goal but I know this is BAD and not the nutrition I need. I started working out 5-6 days a week and my weight loss slowed down. Of course, inches are great to but I really have a number obsession. I cant be alone here, right? I gained 2 lbs while sick and can not get it off. It is depressing me so bad.... its dumb I know. I know I can get past this because I have done great until now-but its really discouraging when you say no to bad foods yet still gain:( Also, I do not have restriction but I can go 5 hours without being hungry. Should I have another fill to gain some restriction or base it of the timeline between hunger? I dont want to be too tight either. Having a little pity party:( Doesnt help that we are trying to conceive and I know the numbers will not continue to go down.

I have had my band since June. I've lost 85 pounds and love it! I never had restriction (chicken was hard to eat) but since I didnt get hungry for hours my Dr didn't fill me more. I am now pregnant and gave into a craving. I'm wondering why I never feel pressure/pain/full when I step off my diet/meal plans. I could literally eat anything if I allowed myself. Is this normal? Could my band have deflated or something?

Here is my 7 month progress. My Dr sent me my before today. I'm 6 week pregnant and 7 months post op. Down 84lb since preop diet. How is everyone else doing?

That's great!! Any tips? Did u workout a lot? Keep calories around 1000?

We are 4 weeks pregnant. Yay! I have 30 lbs til goal but have lost 80 since I was banded June 12. Hopefully I can avoid much gain.. stay strong! I have no restriction so hope I won't have to unfill.

Stick with it! I have no restriction so it has been a lot of mental focus and choices my body will allow me to eat anything. Ensure u get your water and protein! Adjust calories as needed. Sometimes I would stall so I add 100 calorie or so. Crazy sometimes u need more than u think. Also stay active! I walked 5 miles about 3-4 times a week from the start.

I know girls that don't have the band that had that happen when pregnant. Happens to some people....sorry your not having an enjoyable pregnancy thus far.

Hi! Good. Don't feel restrictions at all but stay satisfied for hours so haven't got more fill. Down 80 since pre open. 30 to go! Just found our I am loving to Vegas. Excites but means my free adjustments will go to self pay:( boo. Trying for baby #2-excited but scared to gain. Gotta put what I have learned into action. Been at gym 4-6 days a week!

Woo!! Hit 70lb. Yay! Set a goal to hit it by my birthday...made it 2 days early:). So happy. I added 150 calories and extra protein 3 days ago and lost 3.2! -
I'm trying to decide if I should get one more fill or not....I can go hours without being hungry. I can eat more than a cup with no problems. I have felt pressure or tightness while a too large of bite went down. How did you know u were good to go?

I was banded June 12. I started at 255 and I am currently 189. I was losing 2-4 per week and eating 900 (800-1000) calories a day. I stayed within my allowance 98% of the time. Majority I am 920. I started working out. I do 30 cardio and weights 5 days a week. I have only lost 2 in the past 3 weeks. Very frustrating. Any thoughts if I should increase my calories to 1000-1200? I do focus on protein and have 70-90 a day.
