I can totally attest to the "Week 3" stall. I dropped 18 pounds the first 1.5 five weeks. Then my body went on a strike!!!! Hopefully that's over, because I hopped on the scale and was down 4 pounds overnight. I know stalls are a part of the process, but the sure do suck.

I know this had to take patience. 4-5 week stall? I'm two days past two weeks and have been in a stall for about 4 days. I can't complain though because I am down almost 20 pounds since surgery and that's pretty good. Like everyone states, I think my body is trying to catch up, but I can certainly feel a difference in my clothes. Good luck to everyone out there....If you're in a stall... I'm right there with ya... let's be patient and get through this. We CAN do this!!! Thanks to all the Vets out there with their insights.

I use the pre-made Premier Protein that you can get at Costco. It's only 160 calories, 30 grams of protein, and is not as thick as some of the others. I like the vanilla and chocolate.
