We got sleeved the same day. I'm down 9 pounds in 3 days. I'm still pretty bloated too. Just concentrating on walking and getting some liquids down. -

Thanks everyone! I finally stopped vomiting yesterday morning and I've been able to push more liquids in. Thank God I haven't felt any pain -

I take 50,000 IU twice a week. My level was a 9. I haven't had surgery yet but my level has gone up to 40. Not sure if the doc wants me to continue using? -

I'll be 40 in less than a month and I'd like to lose about 135 pounds. I've been overweight since childhood. My highest was in 2008 at 363 pounds, that's pretty bad for my 4'11" frame. I started my pre-op diet at 323 pounds and I'm currently at 180. I've got about 5 days left til surgery. I hope everything goes well. I'm not sure how fast my weightloss will be either. I started mine today too. I felt fine. I was allowed 4-6 shakes, but 4 was enough for me. I also had a cup of broth and 2 cups of sf jello. I felt full all day. -
