Hello! I do remember you. We should have traded our info that day. We sure didn't have a lot of fellow lap band patients that day. It looked like mostly gastric bypass. Good luck on your surgery tomorrow! This Protein diet is kicking my butt this time around. Wish it was next week already! Anyone Getting Banded In July?

I started my liver reduction diet today. Protein shakes aren't too bad and my doc allows me to have 4 - 1oz of protein in addition. I got some string cheese to munch on. I am going through caffeine withdrawl and have a massive headache. Can't wait till that ends. It's amazing how caffeine can effect you. My surgery date is July 12, so I'm looking for a band-buddy! Anybody having surgery July 12th? -
Hi, I will be banded July 12! Excited, but nervous. I start my liver reduction diet in one week. I get to drink protein shakes, which aren't bad. I already did the diet a few months ago and I was surprised how well the protein shakes kept you full.
