So I woke up and weighed my self... " gain of 4 pounds" what the heck i say. Im doing everything right. Grabbed my swimsuit and gym clothes. Did the treadmill, swam some laps, and did some tricep exercises that my boyfriend taught me. Got back to my apartment dried off weighed again. "Wth... gain two more pounds" ok... think to myself my hair is long and wet.... thats two pounds. Drank protein and water and did stationary bike. Weighed self.... gained 5 more pounds. Cried self to sleep. Got up repeated gym, pool, bike... weighed self.... gained 25 pounds! Then the batteries died on my scale. Lol. Lesson learned.... bad batteries equal non accurate scale!

Ok... almost every post I've read someone says the scale stalls around week three. Guess what .... week four for me and the scale hasn't moved for three days! Still sticking to liquids. Any idea why this happens?

Yes.... i too am experiencing low blood sugar. I have learned to always have glucose tablets with me everywhere i go. They are cheap. $2.00 at Walmart for a tube of 8 tablets.

I'm 3 weeks post op and my entire family has the stomach flu... now I've come down with it plus its that time of the month. Omg... a triple wammy... i feel like I'm dying. Ugggggggggg

Same thing is happening to me. I was losing 2 pounds a day for a while. Now... its only 0.2 pounds for the past few days. Its frustrating. The last time i saw the 200's was 16 years ago. I'm 22 pounds away from the 200's! I'm still on liquids (3 and a half weeks post op and i don't cheat at all.) I am however on my period so hopefully that explains a lot!

Thanks dorrie. I really have to stop spoiling them. I really feel like they are ungrateful and take me for granted. We are not well off by any means yet somehow i manage to get them everything they have ever wanted. And how am i rewarded? By my daughter calling me a b####. I literally buy myself NOTHING. I don't even have underwear that fit, and they have ipods, laptops, trendy clothes, my gosh my ex bought my son a Porsche .... i have a 1999 rusted mini van. I'm lost and feel like its time for me to be selfish!

Doing much better but emotional very upset that my house is a wreck. I understand everyone was sick for a few days but seriously.... who the heck leaves dirty clothes right by the front door. I'm a single mom of two teens and a tween. My youngest is the most helpful. Today my oldest 16 yr old daughter was just so disrespectful. I almost feel like she is jealous of me. She said "my friends already thought you were hot... now i can't bring anyone around" i was like... ARE YOU SERIOUS! I'M 38! And i don't dress inappropriately ever! I work at a school! I'm an emotional mess today!

Are you sticking to the diet? You can be expecting your monthly cycle if you are a woman. Everyone loses at different rates.

I'm 38 years old from Chesterfield, Michigan. About a year ago I woke up just tired of hating my life. Ok... I've never told anyone my starting weight but here i go. I'm almost six feet tall and weighed close to 500 pounds. Crazy right! I have no idea how it got that bad. I immediately turned my life around and lost over a hundred pounds on my own. My marriage ended half way through my journey .... his loss. (He cheated on me with a homewrecker from his work) The awesome thing is it gave me time to find the real me. And in doing so my fitness trainer and I fell in love. (Never thought the muscle / model type would fall for me.) So our relationship is a few months old and I was just sleeved three weeks ago. I've never been happier and im almost into the 200's. People who see me never think i weigh as much as i do cuz i am so tall. ( almost six feet) and i kind of look like a cross between Kristen Stewart and Lisa Marie Presley. I've never been happier and can't wait to take my daughter to cedar point soon.

Oh my goodness! I never thought i would enjoy working out, but this natural high I am feeling is amazing. I love the sweat. I love pushing myself and i love the results. I'm so proud of myself!

Low blood sugar for me is anything below 80. About 4 oz. Of o.j. will normally bring it up to "normal"

Went for follow up today. It is low blood sugar. I now have a glucose meter.

I'm so glad i just saw this post. I fainted about an hour ago. Scariest moment of my life so far. I have a follow up scheduled for tomorrow. Just going to rest today.

Ok. Here is a little of my back story. I am recently divorced and started dating my fitness trainer about three months ago. (Who would have thought that this model looking guy would fall for the fat chick) anyway... our sex life was amazing before the surgery. Now i am 11 days post op and well... last night we just couldn't help our selves but took it really slow. This morning i feel as horrible as i did the day after surgery. Should i be worried?

Decided to give in and weigh myself. (The doc asked me not to.) Down 21pounds post op! Wooooo whoooo
