Me too! I lost about 120 lbs over six months following my operation, but i've not lost a single pound for the last four months.

EDIT *5 Day POUCH Test Diet So, i'm 9 months post op and I've lost about 130lbs, which is great! The problem I've been having are those dreaded stalls. After two months of no weight less, i tried the 5 day sleeve test diet, and i have to warn you, the results were not great! I became so impacted in my bowels that i almost had to go to the hospital. It was horrific. I have managed to unblock myself 'manually' but it was an extremely painful and distressing experience. I am worried i may have caused actual damage to my digestive system. Has anyone else experienced this? (Sorry about being gross) Paul

Hi everyone. My name is Paul, im 7 months post op, and 120lbs lighter. I am eating a high Protein diet to maintain my weight loss, as i have another 30lbs to lose, but my eye watering protein farts are driving my family mad! (they really, really, stink) Any advice on how to control this particular side effect would be most welcome! Thanks
