Please someone tell me what I should be eating. I had surgery in July and I am not suwre what I am suppose to be eating. I am having muscle aches not related to exercise and i am afraid it is something I am missing in my diet. Please help.

I am glad you are doing well . I leave for San Diego. on Friday and to Mexico on Saturday for surgery. Did anyone go with you? My husband is going with me and he is worrying about were he will eat and stjay.n

I am getting scared. my date is July 21. I hope I am doing tbe right thing. Has anyone flown back after surgery? Is it bad? Also I am suppose to go back to work a week after being sleeved. Can I do it? -

I have 50 to 60 pounds to lose. The Doctor in Mexico said they would operate. I have had a weight problem all of my life. I have tried everything even hypnosis only to see my weight keep going up. I feel it is safer to do before I get even heavier. I have severe Acid Reflux that has required surgery on one of my vocal chords due to nodules from acid reflux. My family supports me. I hope I am doing the right thing. -

Are you scared? Sometimes I think I am crazy. The few people I have told are very supportive. They have seen me struggle with weight. My mother I thought would be against it. She is 83 years old. Much to my surprise, she was for it 100%. My friends were upset that I didn't ask them to go with me. My husband is skeptical but is going with me. -
I am going to the same doctor. My date is July 21.
