I haven't really adapted a workout program yet...I'm just doing laps in a pool everyday. Doing the breast stroke and can feel my arms and pecs tightening up. I plan on taking on a weight program eventually.

We've tried a couple of time, but still kinda painful. Guess we'll just have to keep trying.

I pretty much agree with everyone else. Call your insurance provider directly and ask lots of questions. Then you can work towards whatever requirements that have set. Good luck!

Hi guys! My name is Robert and I had the iband procedure last week and wow those first 5 days were brutal! I'm feeling much better today and looking forward to a healthier me and lifestyle. I've spent most of my life overweight so I know these changes are a not going to come easy, but it looks like there is so much support out there and here that at least I know I am not alone! In the first week I am already down 12 pounds! I'm so excited. Can't wait to hear and read about everyone's success stories! Look forward to meeting and talking with you all. Robert (X)

Really? Hmmm...I was banded on 6/12/12, and scheduled for fill on 7/30, but Dr. says that is tentative based on my performance and weightloss before then. I'm curious about your situation.

I started this weekend. I am 3 weeks post op. Did a light crunch workout in the pool. I didn't want to over do it. I will probably do that this week and see how I feel at the end of the week.
