Hi all! I'm Erica. I have not been banded yet. I'm researching the procedure to determine if it's something I want to do. That's why I'm here! I'm married with 3 boys. I've been overweight since I was a teenager. I've tried to do it on my own. I've lost some, but I gain it back. I have diabetes and arthritis in my knees...and I'm tired of all of that. So here I am...to learn about this. I look forward to chatting with you all.

I'm type 2 also. I take Actoplus Met and Victoza, no insulin. If I do decide to have the surgery, I'm hoping it will go away completely.
