37 yr old with Sleep apnea, hypertension, Type 2 diabetes (non-insulin), early stage lymphedema in my left leg (discoloration, slight ulceration).
Family history of severe obesity.
Personal history of pseudo cerebri tumor.
Just an overall HOT MESS of commorbidities, needing a change.
In my 20s I was not overweight. Started putting on the pounds after my 1st born and after being dx with the tumor. Had not recovered since that ordeal and just really off course with the pounds and sedentary lifestyle. Now at 339 lbs, I'm at my peak, miserable, and realizing I MUST do something drastic before I die of obesity.
