I'm about 1000 calories a day and drink about 100 oz. of water and 45ish grams of protein a day. Nothing has changed in my eating or exercise habits, the only thing different is that I got a full. I find it strange that I was doing so well with only the plication and now that I have my band tightened I'm doing worse not better on my weight loss. How can getting a fill make me hungrier, eat more at a time not less, and not lose weight?
