    I keep 1 or 2 kinds of weight watchers snacks/desserts at home and at work. I use them when I crave a sweet snack. Low calorie and low in fat.. So many good ones..

    Does anybody know how to change your daily goals for protein, calories etc.. According to MFP, my daily protein goal is 40. Everyone says that's what to little. Any good high protein food ideas? Having trouble meeting a lot of my daily goals. Thanks..

  7. If any of my fellow sleevers have a few minutes to write down an example of a typical day of what they are eating ( entire day ). My wieght loss is extremely slow from day one after surgery. Wondering if i am not doing something correct. 7.5 weeks out, down 20 lbs.. Thank you ..

    Freja we are in the same boat. 20 lbs. in 8 weeks. Very slow. Also discouraged. Happy for the sleevers with a large weight loss, but it is hard to read all the success stories and wonder why I am not in their boat. Good luck..

    Same boat . Not getting enough protein or water. I lost 20 lbs sine 11/14. I know everyone is different, this is not what I expected. Some tell me I'm not eating enough. Not sure if I believe that. Not sure what the problem is. What do you eat!? I eat a big variety of foods. Not getting full often. I eat cottage cheese, yogurt, hummus, baby bell cheese, string cheese, chicken, eggs and fruit and vegetables. . Also try to get beans in. Have a few cravings that I'm trying to get over. Good luck to you too.

    McDonalds has a grilled chicken wrap.. If think its called wrap to go. the calories are not to bad. Wendys has one too.

    Losing Slow At Very Beginning?

    In the same boat as you. Sleeved 11/14, lost 17 lbs. so far. I agree, it's difficult reading all these posts. Haven't been able to put my finger on why. I know I'm not drinking enough Water. I still don't believe this is the reason. I do not track my calories, fat, etc...but I do know I am not eating to much.

    I feel i have little will power. Im only 6 weeks out and i am aleady picking at junk food at work. I didnt think i would be tolerate it but unfortunatly i am. Why? Nothing is really filling me..my quantity of food is way to much.. Can something NOT have been done correctly? i didnt know this was possible with the sleeve..anyone else feeling the same? Im knew the sleeve would not cure me of my poor eating habbits including my love for food but i feel like i should not be able to tolerate the way i am still eating..
