The spider is when they go in and make one incision to do the surgery to other way to to make about four incisions -
Dr Kelly's assist said he could go it and Dr Garcia could too but I don't think they have done any out if they have very few

I went on you tube and four of Dr Kelly patients were on there and they were pleased with his work, at this point i'm going with Garcia because there are a lot of patients pleased with him as well and a needed a cheaper price due to me needing dental work too -
Dr Kelly and Garcia in Tijuana, Mexico are said to be good
