    What Exercise Do You Suggest??

    There's a lot of exercise regimen around the globe and I think it depends on what you are really in to. I mean - exercising is a choice and if you don't like the methods you won't really be convinced to do it so I guess it really depends on you. Hope this clears out :-)

    I wake up early everyday whenever I go to work and I stop at the bus stop before my workplace and I walk. Somehow it made me lost some weights. Hope this helps :-)

    You can do some plastic recycling and cover your belly with it while you do some jumping jack or treadmill. It will get some sweat out and fats too. Hope it helps :-)

    You can do something you can be busy about during those times. It's mind over body darling. If you think you are hungry then definitely you will be but if you think that you are not then surely you won't be. It's just a little bit of self convincing. Hope this helps;-)

    Walking 2 Miles

    Walking and doing it in real time is really fun. I also walk with my dog everyday I guess we walk two kilometers or so. Back and fort our house. It's a great weight loss regimen and usually I do it every morning before the dawn breaks.

    I think I did too. After I started with pureed I gained a lot of pounds, maybe 5 or 6.

    I guess nothings wrong with drinking water within your exercise. I mean you will definitely let it out when you sweat. Hope it helps:-)

    Drinks During Meals
