If your away from home and o. The run, try a wendys small chili! It's delicious and healthy. It's high in protein, low in fat and calories. It's also less than $2! My nutritionist suggested it to me and I love it!
Hello! I am so happy that I decided to go through this life changing journey. My surgery was July 2nd and so far I am down 52lbs. I'm halfway to my goal! I feel great and have so much energy. The only thing that still bothers me I the reflux but its getting a little better and I can't complain!
Hello! I had the sleeve done on July 2nd. I stayed in the hospital for 4 days. The worst pain I had was the gas eight after surgery. I pretty much just had to burp it out...gross. I was nauseous at times but they gave me plenty of meds to counter that.
Since I'm home I am walking around about 30 minutes daily throughout the day and feeling much better. I just have headaches ( not sure if related) and still have that gassy feeling so they prescribed me some anti-acid medicine for that. It's been working okay. My insides feel like I did a bunch of situps but as the days go on the pain lessens. 4/5 incisions I can hardly tell they are there. The largest incision stings a bit.
Getting better each day, so far down 20lbs
