Sometimes its easier to figure your percentage lost. How much do you need to lose to meet goal and what percentage of that have you lost. Everyone is different depending on how much weight they need to lose to meet goal. -

I wish I could tell you to go but (and of course this is my opinion) 3 days after surgery you should be at home. You will barely be comfortable in your own bed. Some even sleep on a couch or recliner for the first week or two. I'm just worried you will be miserable and may even risk your health if you go. I do wish you the very best in your decision!! (((Hugs))) -
