My surgeon had advised me if I need contrast/barium for testing that I would drink less than normal. Can you call your bariatric surgeon and ask? I'm hoping we can still contact them for help even after a year. I'm only 5 months but I ask them everything. -
Doxie- I'm glad you're okay!! Falls can be bad I stepped in a small hole while walking in my neighborhood, when I was at my highest weight, and fell so hard. I was hurt but so embarassed I got up and hobbled home. My entire body hurt for days!

I went from 8 1/2 to 7 1/2 My feet swelled a lot before, my fingers too. My rings are all huge on me now and had to buy new shoes

Fiber is a great remedy but make sure you are definitely drinking your water. If you are feeling uncomfortable then I would suggest milk of magnesia but stay by the restroom because it works within about 2-4 hours (with the sleeve its much faster) -
So I'm looking pretty good in my clothes... I'm happy... Then I strip off my clothes... Ok I'm not looking very good lol Geez the loose skin makes me feel like I'm wearing a rubber suit -__- I pray this gets better before next summer or ill be getting looks not from being sexy but silly... Yikes

Any Leaks From Surgeries In Mexico?

Look at the number of bariatric doctors in the US and the number in Mexico. I believe the leak ratio is due to the enormous amount of bariatric drs in the US. I could be wrong. Just a thought.
