    6 days post op? You can definitely SIP and come back and SIP Liquids are not filling so you can help keep yourself hydrated this way!! .now when you start foods, you will need to make a set time to eat

  6. It's so crazy the difference in drs and nutritionist. I was told by my nursing staff and my surgeons office including nutritionist that it definitely counts towards are 64oz of fluid intake. Best bet is do the best you can!!

    Glad you had some broth So sorry your day wasn't good. I hope tomorrow is better for you. You are healing, it takes work and time but it will pass. It's temporary so do the best you can to help your body heal. It gets better!!! Have you tried yogurt or applesauce?

    Question about gas

    I had severe pain in my left shoulder from the surgical gas on day 5 post op...it moves around and gets stuck...try moving a lot...also gas x is good if its gas in your sleeve. Milk of magnesia is great the first months out...it works faster for us sleevers so stay close to home/bathroom but there is no cramping or pain with it like laxatives cause... Hope you feel better soon!!

    It's likely we'll lose our sanity before the weight if we keep weighing lol but I did it too. I felt the same exact feelings...I just look forward to seeing all your successes in the future!!! It's going to happen
