I eat a bowl of grape nut cereal. It has great fiber and 8 grams of protein for a 1/2 cup. Also love adding it to my yogurt for crunch.

I experienced major hair loss starting at month 5 and it continues no matter what I do So ready for it to stop I have already chopped all of my long thick hair off because its now so thin and dry. -

I recently switched from an android phone to an iPhone and there is a difference in the apps. I am only able to see the posters picture and name... No other information is available On my android I could see their information under their name Will this be updated/changed on the iPhone app? Thanks, Lisa

You're okay... Oh I remember my first cheat, it was soft serve ice cream at the mall...I ate the entire little cup... About twenty minutes later I was sweating so bad I looked like I just took a shower.. I was drenched in sweat...everyone was staring at me lol Never again

His face looks like he wants to barf after the fourth bite... I wanted to barf just watching him eat it Why would you do that to educate others lol use your words people Blah Anyways everyone is different... You should want to change from having this surgery but some just want the weight loss . I believe in the beginning we all hope to be able to feel "normal" again but that's the key word *again* we probably never ate "normal" before if you were obese like I was ... After months of living with our sleeves I think those feelings diminish and we become comfortable with what we can or cannot do... The beginning is hard mentally but it gets easier
