I eat a bowl of grape nut cereal. It has great fiber and 8 grams of protein for a 1/2 cup. Also love adding it to my yogurt for crunch.

You should want to change from having this surgery but some just want the weight loss . I believe in the beginning we all hope to be able to feel "normal" again but that's the key word *again* we probably never ate "normal" before if you were obese like I was ... After months of living with our sleeves I think those feelings diminish and we become comfortable with what we can or cannot do... The beginning is hard mentally but it gets easier
