Please keep us updated on how you're doing... I hope they will schedule you for surgery soon. I can relate to not being able to do another self pay surgery. I know you mentioned being afraid to eat. It is true that a lot of gall bladder attacks happen after meals. I read here on the forums that its better to eat very lean meats and try to avoid foods high in fat and that it helps to ward off some attacks. My heart goes out to you. Stay strong! -
It's an anti nausea pill that dissolves under your tongue. It's a life saver at times like these Call you dr and ask him to prescribe you some

That is great! It's worth it... I've already had kidney stones and if the pain is anything similar, I'm terrified. That pain was horrible -

It's scary how many people go through this after weight loss surgery. It's so painful and comes on so suddenly. I have heard that people feel so much better after the gall bladder is taken out. They even feel relief of mild aches and pains they didn't even realize was associated with the gall bladder Glad you have medicine now to help with the pain. I hope you have a quick relief from all of this! Best of luck!! -

Sad and Seeking Words of Wisdom
lessofmeismore replied to MaryC's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
If the dr said he removed less of your stomach than normal then there lies the problem. You must contact the dr and have him revise the original surgery. There are cases like this. It sucks and it shouldn't happen but like complications it sometimes does and it is awful for the person. You have to contact your surgeon and get the surgery you paid for... You need a smaller sleeve. And I say all this off the basis that you say you have no restriction and the doctor told you he made your sleeve big. It is odd that he would do that because most drs do not vary and also most drs know that larger sleeves failed in the past and that is why there are new standard sizes for success. I sure hope you get this resolved and have great success! -
Me too... I answer them. I like getting to know people through pms and helping them.

Oh okay well alrighty Congrats on your date!! It's almost here! -
Laura and I just had a conversation about this... Its a hard reality that the junk food is so much easier to eat because it feels better in our sleeve. I was so glad her and I talked because it made me realize the hill I was going down. I'm back to eating clean Proteins and veggies and sticking to the nutrition guidelines set out for me. It's so easy to veer off course. We have to mentally prepare ourselves.

It's pretty painful. It's so much relief when it's out. Are you experiencing pain with it or is it removed already? If its the later I would call my surgeon and let them know. -
