i love eating... i love that i can only eat a tiny bit now.. its forcing me to be good.. .and i'm also realizing that a tiny bit of say chips.. doesnt taste as good to me as a tiny bit of steak or meat... or i like it equally.. so i'm making much better choices....

Considering Surgery In Mexico....
WLJourneyJ replied to ataylor's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
dr. kelly (loved him) did not require a deposit. I do not regret my Mexico decision a bit... i felt i got great care and it went very smoothly. I'd absolutely go back for plastics after my weight loss is all done -

(290 with coffeechinno too plus i think 30 gm protein) but I ran out.. i'll go reorder some more.. i actually look forward to drinking those. -

I'm kinda " over" protein shakes. They are so sweet to me. Or maybe I need to mix them up A bit. Anyway. What are some other high protein foods that are not shakes?

Eating Too Fast? Pain In Chest For A Second While Eating
WLJourneyJ posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
it feels really uncomfy/painful for a few seconds (usually 2-3 times) when eating... is it because of eating too fast? or too much? I'm trying to measure my food out of a small dixie cup (usually 1/2 - 1/3) Its like a 'tightness" burning and then goes away and sometimes tightens back up. Its more in my chest than stomach and almost feels like something is "stuck" and then it just vanishes... -

Eating Too Fast? Pain In Chest For A Second While Eating
WLJourneyJ replied to WLJourneyJ's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
okay.. i just tried it with a pickle.... and eat teeny bites, slowly... all good. Now i have to work on finding what my 'trigger' is for knowing when enough is enough before i take that "last bite' that tips me over from satisfied into into uncomfy full.. because its just one bite! -
i'm kinda having this issue too.. and am also around 4 weeks out... *sigh* i'll watch this thread...
