I had my surgery the 28th also, home yesterday buy still nausea trying to get liquids in and a protein shake. Not easy good luck to fellow sleevers -

My dr said to have protein pre-op also, but gnc has there brand protein drinks with 10 grams protein only. That might be better. Bought yesterday buy one package get one half off. Good luck -

Also my pratice requires liquid only two weeks before. With 60 grams protein only

That practice does not discuss that with you but from experience with two pratices the pre op is important and helps recovery because the pre op helps your liver . Good luck

They took my and my husbands out with he band. Good Luck -
I had band removed june 15, due to complications dr said he removed scar tissue and I'm scheduled for sleeve aug 28. I'm scared with possibility of leakage will have to talk to dr on thurs. When my husband had his removed last week behind port was a high hernia that had to be repaired. Scarey
