One of my incisions opened the scab came right off of it and now all I see is a white fatty looking thing it's not oozing or anything I'm bummed I have to wait till the morning to call the doctor . Is the scar gonna be worse now? Ugh

Once a week

Doctor just called and said its all good just keep it covered with a bandaid an it will heal from the inside out and not to be worried

I had surgery the 6th too I just called the doctors answering service and the nurse said he will call me back ugh

I also had issues drinking the protien shakes pre op they made me so sick but I got through it and it was worth it. I will be 3 weeks post op Wednesday and I am down 39 lbs , starting weight Was 328lbs my goal is also 150lbs I also have pcos which I'm hoping my symptoms will lesson or go away all together after I lose tho weight. I also had high blood pressure pre op and now it's all okay and I no longer have to take medication for it

I am 20 yrs old And was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16. I am able to have kids but I have a lot of thick black facial hair under my chin that I have to tweeze every other day and my periods are irregular I was sleeved march 6th and have lost 30lbs so far I am really hoping these symptoms lesson or just go away completely. I'm gonna wait a few more months And see if not i plan to get the excess hair laser removed

That's awesome congrats! What was your starting weight?

I was sleeved march 6 2013 and i have pcos and after my surgery 1 day post op I got my period and I panicked because I haven't gotten my period since October 2012 due to my pcos so it could be a hormonal thing

5oz shredded organic chicken breast ( I boiled chicken breast) 3 tablespoons low fat unflavored Greek yogurt 1/4 cup cheddar cheese Franks red hot add as much or as little you want I personally like a lot Made this for tomorrow I'm sure I could get 3 or 4 meals out of it... It's so good lol Gonna have to drink some extra Water though to make up for all the sodium in the hot sauce

I have also seen that some people put laughing cow cheese wedges in there's and it makes it Extra creamy I might try that next time

It's so good lol I wasn't really sure if I was going to like it because of the bitterness of the plain Greek yogurt but when I tasted the finished product I was like Omg lol I'm 14 days post op

So I started puréed foods today I am 13 days post op 30lbs down & it just amazes me how I was able to get full off half of 1 scrambled egg <3

Today I had 1 scrambled egg and I mixed in some baby bell cheese it was so good that cheese is so creamy and for dinner I had 1oz of Tuna with a tiny bit of miracle whip in it and about 1oz of roasted red pepper hummus. I went to the store prior to that and bought cottage cheese, refried Beans, baby bell cheese, tomato soup and ricotta and sauce to make the infamous ricotta bake

Okay so I was sleeved march 6th stayed in the hospital 2 nights , no complications yay I cannot tell you how amazing I feel .. Don't get me wrong the first couple days were rough but I feel Great . I have so much energy. And walking feels great I am already down 34lbs my mind is blown I never expected to lose that much weight in just a week. I am so glad I did this and cannot wait to kick so ass In the gym Surgery day 328lbs 3/13 294 lbs

How I look at it is If I'm asked about how it was done I will tell them no problem I had wls ... But at the same time I don't go around telling everyone. I'm Not embarrassed or anything that's just me lol.

Oh dear me the headache I have had from not eating is a killer. And I can't kick the nausea I have my surgery is march 6th and I can't wait for this liquid diet to be over ugh lol
