I have a sinus infection I have not been able to get anything down I think it's because of flem draining in my pouch Has anybody had this happen? Even when I don't eat I still get that stuck feeling and throw up Flem is what cames up. Never had this happen before....

Anybody take these? It says to take 4 a day, do u take them all at once or 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM.

When I first cook chicken or beef it is moist it is when I reheat that it gets dry. So after cooking it in the pressure cooker when you reheat does it get dry?

Got my first fill last Monday, I don't know how much they put in but I am hungry between meals. I go in for another next Monday, what do I do between meals? I have been eating Protien bars anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks I have talked to my dr. When I got my fill, and he said Protien bars are ok stay away from ones that are high in calories. Cottage cheese yogurt shakes are options too. They said to just watch your calories.

I am feeling great, i was fitted on May 8 I have me restrictions other than soft foods but have been following a 1200 calorie diet. Am down 12lbs, haven't lost much but clothes are fitting better.
