  1. I had a fill put in bout a month ago...forget how much...but it seemed good BC.on the.ultradound only a small amount was steady passing thru band......now.i eat btw 800 1000 Cal a day... Sometimes I eat little sometimes more then 2 oz... For example I can.eat 5 Oz.of.steak...but only steak....if I eat something w it then only 2 ~3oz of.the steak...is.this ok?...I really only eat meat n protien...like eggs, chicken, steak, maybe wheat bread...should I get a fill Sent from my SGH-T989 using LapBandTalk

  16. For me it when I can go hour running errands.n not get hungry. As long as I have my 64oz of Water.jug w me n ate a Protein rich diet for Breakfast im good.... Sometimes I have to force myself to eat some protien just so I can reach my 60 to 80gram if protein goal each day...if I didn't need protein I could probably eat like 2Oz a meal twice a day n be good Sent from my SGH-T989 using LapBandTalk
  17. I had my surgery June 14 n was able to go to Disney world July 14. I think I walked straight 5hrs plus each day at each park....I also work out like,1 to 2 hrs 4 to 5 days a week n by July 15 I was.fine...now I never played paintball but I would assume as.long as ur have Water n Protein rich Snacks u should be fine...also afterwards I Would rest for a couple days Sent from my SGH-T989 using LapBandTalk

    Scared I'm Eating To Much!

    My doc Told me to eat slow n try to eat a Neal over a 20min per this will help ur brain catch up w ur stomach...that it is full....also try to use a small plate or saucer....for me I struggle not to overeat just.BC my plate is not empty...its like my brain is telling me to keep eating BC my my plate is full....also drink water before eating at least a cup to half of.water.n then wait biut fuve ten mins to start eating...this allows the part under ur band to fill up making it easier to fill full Sent from my SGH-T989 using LapBandTalk
  19. I highly recommend u get the LAP BAND app. The.company has an app n UT includes 100 of easy recipes. Ive made stuffed green pepper, not ur regular fried chicken, whole wheat tacos n burritos, strawberries pies all under like 300 400 Cal n, protien rich Sent from my SGH-T989 using LapBandTalk

Well u can lose Some before restriction especially if ur working out n eating right...I found that I am now losr bout two poundsEveryEvery 3 to 4 day.....with 12 lost in 14 days...but VB I highly stress that u work out..I do n im loving seeing the pounds n scale tre nd down Sent from my SGH-T989 using LapBandTalk

    Regularity

    Im the same. I use the go once a dsy or ever other day...I was very regular....it was like clock work...but now its not as easy for to go n when I do it not the quickest process like it use to be. Plan to talk to my doc Sent from my SGH-T989 using LapBandTalk
  25. How many calories do you guys eat per day?...I know I know "don'tfocus on calories" but just curious...ive been in the 850 to 1100 range butw exercise I net an average of 400 to 600...just want to know that i'm on the right track Sent from my SGH-T989 using LapBandTalk
