Just got my band June 20. Seeing my doctor on the 25 hopefully I can move to mushy food next week because I'm getting hungry! What are some examples of mushy foods? Sent from my iPad using LapBandTalk

Had surgery June 20 incision pain very little, pain on my left shoulder is the worst specially when I drink, that's my only problem! Hang in there it will get better! Good luck -

I been taking gas x and nothing! I feel better knowing the pain is normal, I was freaking out! Thank you so much! Glad I found this group!!

I had my surgery yesterday as far as pain I feel good except for gas pain on my, left shoulder! I was fine till I went downstairs and smell food mom was cooking! Now I'm hungry and my stomach won't stop growling! Ima start eating some yogurt maybe that will help! -

I had surgery yesterday and told the nurse that I get nauseous in the am and when I wake up almost everyday she told the anesthesiology and they gave me a shot for it! It worked so well that not even that nasty liquid before the X-ray made me nauseous! Thanks God not pain only a little on my left shoulder and I'm guessing that's from gas!!! Good luck!! -
Aging my surgery on June 20! Nervous and excited! Scared that I won't have enough will power to deal with the pain and getting hungry! But I'm sure I made the right decision and I'm sure God got my back!

Just came home from surgery and I most say it went smooth! I went out at 7:45 woke up at 9:30 in the recovery room! Not pain yet glad about that just on the shoulder I guess gas! Dreamed I was eating a grilled chicken sandwich while at the hospital ( weird)! Extremely sleepy right now and my throat is super dry but feeling good!

I started in February time, and to me time was going very slow and after I got my surgery date which is tomorrow time flew!! -
