How rude of her!!! That happened to me a while ago when I was looking for a gift for my sister in law and the sales person at the store kept telling me that their biggest size was 13 so.....It is so humiliating! Ugghh

I had my first consultation May 24th and I got my approval on June 21st. Surgery was scheduled for July 17th but had to postpone it to August 28 (hubby lost his job and had to wait for cobra paperwork) So basically 2 months for me.. -

My surgery is next Tuesday and I dont have a pre op diet. I was told not eat or drink past 10pm the night before.

Yes, you will need someone to pick you up. They will not let you drive or take a cab after the procedure. -

I had my final appointment with my doctor and nutritionist today. My surgery is on Tuesday. I was told that I didnt have to do a pre-op liquid diet....however, I can do it if I want to (its optional). Anyone else had this option? I will do the liquid diet just so I can start getting used to my new lifestyle. I think I will miss my coffee very, very much though!
