Hi everyone recently all my family members and my friends noted that I am more nervous and easily aggitated I am almost 15 month after gastric sleeve total loss is 50kg my weight before was103 any help

Hi I was sleeved on may 5and my S. W 220my C. W 184 lost weight 36 I feel I can barely eat 600 calories and some time I can't finsh my 64ounce of liquid I feel tiered after eating regular food would rather eat easy chewable chicken rather than meatballs by the way I am have celiac disease also this limits my choices of food Any one can help

I had same problem the dietoion told get more protein supply in your food and crack the habits of eating same stuff each day
