    I'm only on day 2! It's so hard. I did cheat today, but I felt so sick! I just had a low fat string cheese, but it made me feel so much better! You made it this far, so just try and look on the bright side and if you must cheat eat something healthy. Good luck!

    My pre opt diet is only liquids. I'm only on day 2 so I don't know of I have lost anything yet, but I feel really bloated and sick. Very nauseous and bad headaches. I'm maybe getting in 500 or 600 calories.

    Better. I got some of the Adkins shakes. They are way better! I've only drank 2 so far an only one Jello cup, but I have a bad headache! How about you?

    Got a call from the doctors office yesterday. Going to see the Doc on Monday, and also start the pre opt diet. Surgery will be July 2nd! Guess I will be celebrating the 4th from my bed. I'm so excited!!! ))

    No it's a different one. I went through a place called true results and it's their brand. But I have heard good things about the bariatric advantage.

    I have the magic bullet and it comes with a few different blending cups and blades. I think they are like 100$ but I've had mine for around 4 years.

    Man, I'm so jealous! I can't have food or broth. But all I have "eaten" was one and a half protine shakes and one sf Jello cup. I'm drinking the second shake right now, so gross! Lol I don't know how I can do this for 2 weeks!

    Cazzy, is right. I have never heard that statistic. I don't think that many people even die from a gastric bypass, and that if far more invasive. Also about being over weight, you are more at risk for heart attacks, strokes, and all kinds of things. Do what is right for you. Some people have tried to scare me out of doing it, but if it's really what you want and you make an educated choice I think you will be fine! Good luck.

    I have a wii, and the wii fit is such fun. You don't really feel like you are working out. It's good if you are starting out. I want to lose weight before I go to the gym. I know that probably sounds so stupid lol. But they have Zumba for the wii and all kinds of dance games!
