I had surgery on June 19. All went well and I feel great! My problem is that I am not hungry at all. What a problem to have huh? I am having a hard time getting all of my protein and water. By the end of the day I am close but I feel like all I do is drink shakes, water broth with protein etc. all day long. The water is actually harder than the protein.

That's what I was afraid of. I have heard people say that they were still hungry. I just told myself that I was going to remember that if I ate too much I would be sick. I hate getting sick so that would keep me from overeating. Great job on the weight loss! Hang in there it will keep coming off. -
The big day is only 6 days away! I have surgery on June 19. I am full of mixed emotions but know I will be so happy that I did it.

Lol I am feeling pretty good. I was nervous about the pre op diet so I eased into it by startin a couple of weeks ago. I just worked my way into it slowly. When I really felt starved I would have a little snack and each day I did better. How are you doing?
