Lol, I thought I was bad with my list -
The Special K is for your water not the shakes. It have 30 calories and 5 grams protein and very little carbs. At least this has nutritional value and helps with your protein. Crystal light does not and the taste is blah.

That's why I stopped talking to my family about it. My surgery is June 22 and only my husband and co workers know. I told my mom last year and she freaked out and I don't need the stress or negativity. So I'm going to Tijuana by my self, for me to make myself healthier and happier. Good luck, do what makes u happy...

Yes Kellogg's Special K has a protein mix for your water, Walmart has and I got mine at krogers. I hope that helps

There is a liver cleansing tea that u can google, that may help u start shrinking your liver. -
How come no one mentions muscle milk as a protein drink? It's low carb,low fat, low sugar, and taste is good. Just making sure I'm not missing something. O and it has 20 proteins in it.

I have bad credit from a previous marriage. My new husband has wonderful credit, but is on unemployment. However he is graduating air condition school in 2 weeks and will be going back to work. I have a surgery date of June 22 and I have my money in place except $2,000 in which I need a loan on for any issues that my arise you never know. Any ideas before I just start filling stuff out? I'm having my surgery June 22 in Tijuana with Dr.Lopez. Mine is same day surgery, I didn't want to sit around and think what am I doing. I just want to get it over with. Anyone planing for that day? May we can meet up I'm flying in from Houston.
